Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Wilshire-Refrigeration ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
We provide appliance repair, maintenance, and related services for residential and commercial customers. Our services include but are not limited to diagnosis, repair, part replacement, and maintenance of various appliances.
3. Service Appointments
3.1 Scheduling
You may schedule service appointments by phone, through our website, or other designated methods. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment time.
3.2 Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3.3 Access
You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to the appliance needing service, a safe working environment, and any information necessary to perform the service.
4. Estimates and Pricing
4.1 Estimates
We will provide written estimates before performing repair work. We will not charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without your prior consent.
4.2 Diagnostic Fees
We may charge a reasonable fee for service provided in determining the nature of malfunctions in preparation of a written estimate of repair.
4.3 Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
5. Warranty
5.1 Labor Warranty
All labor performed is warranted for 30 days from the date of service.
5.2 Parts Warranty
Parts installed by us have no separate warranty beyond manufacturer warranties.
5.3 Warranty Limitations
Our warranty does not extend to fuses, freon, filters, access valves, and moving parts. The warranty will not apply if you fail to contact us within 24 hours from the time when the warranty claim arose and/or fail to permit us to perform warranty service.
5.4 Extended Warranty
To maintain any extended warranty, yearly maintenance is required.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
We will not be responsible for leaks, scratching, or other occurrences causing spoilage or damage to food, floors, cabinets, counters arising by reason of service provided, as well as damage related to the removal of appliances or fixtures.
7. Subcontractor Status
We operate as a subcontractor and are not responsible for warranties or representations made by contractors or referral sources.
8. Retention of Title
We retain title in all equipment and materials until full payment is rendered.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
