Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Service Appointment Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If our technician arrives at your location and is unable to gain access or perform the scheduled service due to circumstances outside our control, a service call fee may be charged.
1.2 No-Shows
If you fail to be present for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a service call fee will be charged.
2. Deposit Policy
2.1 Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits made to Wilshire-Refrigeration are non-refundable. Deposits are used to secure appointments and order necessary parts.
2.2 Application of Deposits
Deposits will be applied toward the final invoice amount for the services rendered.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 No Refund Policy
Wilshire-Refrigeration does not provide refunds for services rendered. In the event an appliance is not functioning properly after service, we offer repair options instead of refunds.
3.2 Dissatisfaction with Service
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns by performing additional repairs or adjustments as necessary under our warranty policy.
4. Service Guarantee
4.1 Warranty Coverage
All labor is warranted for 30 days from the date of service completion. This warranty does not extend to fuses, freon, filters, access valves, and moving parts.
4.2 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours from the time when the warranty issue arose
- Allow our technicians reasonable access to perform warranty service
4.3 Warranty Limitations
Warranty is limited solely to the acts, promises, representations, or omissions of Wilshire-Refrigeration and not any other person, whether or not the service provided is based on the referral by such person.
5. Estimates and Billing
5.1 Written Estimates
We provide written estimates before performing repair work. We will not charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without your prior consent.
5.2 Diagnostic Fees
We may charge a reasonable fee for diagnostic service provided in determining the nature of malfunctions, even if you choose not to proceed with the recommended repairs.
